Precision Mobile Home Wholesales

Precision Mobile Home Wholesales - South CarolinaAbout Us:

We are a mobile home wholesaler based out of Simpsonville, SC. We travel the state and buy foreclosed mobile homes. The homes are usually left on private rental lots instead of being pulled to a retail lot. This in effect allows us to pass along a quality home at a wholesale price to the customer because we do not have to move the home and overhead is kept low.

How it Works:
Before you even get started there are a couple of things you need to make sure of. First of all, unless the available unit says Land Home, it HAS to be moved. You will need to have your own piece of property to put the mobile home on. The majority of our sales are mobile homes only.

Second, we do not offer any type of owner financing so you will either have to have cash or be able to go through your local bank or credit union for financing. All of our homes are owned free and clear and are not floorplanned through another source. We can provide your finance company with a copy of the title, purchase agreement and NADA appraisal guide showing the value of the mobile home.

Last of all, we have provided a link to mobile home movers all over SC. You will need to shop movers close to your area. Precision Home Sales does not have anything to do with your move and it is not included in the sales price of the home. Because we travel the state, it is difficult for us to be at your homesite when a mobile home is delivered and set. We would rather you the customer oversee your move and pay the mover when you are satisfied with everything. We have provided the attached link as a reference guide for you to use. We are in no way referring you directly to one particular mover and do advise that you shop rates and verify that a mover is licensed, insured and bonded before you do any business with them.

Getting Started:
First, browse the available units for sale. If you see something you are interested in, you can either contact us by email or phone. We will get you directions out to the mobile home for you to view for yourself. We have tried to take the best pictures that we can to accurately portray the condition of the mobile home, but would always prefer that the customer go and look for themselves.

If you do not see anything that is in your area or anything that fits the criteria you are looking for, please email us and let us know what you are looking for and what price range you are trying to stay in and we will try and locate something for you.
